Returns We stand by the quality of our foundation pieces. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To Initiate a Return Please contact us at Babahats2020@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, send us an email at Babahats2020@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
